Get set for Rose Run, coming June 9, 2018!

Cross Country runners

Step up for the 48th Annual Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Rose Run on June 9 at Jackson College!

The Rose Run features 10K and 5K runs and a 5K walk around the Jackson College Central Campus, starting at 8 a.m. Kids can have fun and get involved with a half-mile Kids Run. Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each age group. All participants receive a T-shirt.

"Our gently rolling hills create a unique and challenging venue. Runners like the campus setting, seeing the water tower, the Hangar (formerly the space center), the windmill, athletic fields and finishing near the Victor Cuiss Fieldhouse," said Jeff Beagle, organizer. This year's 10K run will be run on Browns Lake Road between the lakes – Browns Lake and Vandercook Lake. Check out routes on the website.

Register online or print a mail-in registration form at www.jacksonroserun.com. The cost for events is $25 in advance, $30 on race day. Kids Fun Run is $5 in advance, $7 on race day. Registration and packet pick-up will be available Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday morning before 7:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Victor Cuiss Fieldhouse. Proceeds from the Rose Run will benefit the Jackson College cross country program.
