Ryan Mulnix enters his first season as the assistant men’s basketball coach after spending the previous 8 seasons as the Boys Varsity Coach at Parma Western High School.  Prior to that he was the Girls Varsity Coach at Reading High School for 6 seasons.  Coach Mulnix has almost 20 years of basketball coaching experience in addition to coaching football for 10 years at both the high school and middle school levels.  "I am excited to work with Coach Johnston and help him build a program that is respected both locally and statewide.  I look forward to becoming a part of the Jackson College community and helping student-athletes achieve their degree at this great institution." 

Coach Mulnix is a graduate of Michigan State University and currently teaches Social Studies at Western High School.  

He has been married to his wife Kellie for over 14 years and they reside in Parma with their three children: Manning, Maddox, & Maycee.
